If I Had a Bike
If I had a bike,
I could ride it on a little hike.
It would be very nice to ride and play,
I thought I might get it in May.
But, no, I did not get it in May,
“Perhaps in June,” I say.
If I had a bike, I would ride it everywhere.
Up the hill, in the park.
But then when I get my bike,
Have fun for week or so, then I will want some rollerblades,
And that is how things go.
The End.

Nice job! I think in real life, you have a bike. Right?
What a fun poem. I’m thinking from reading your verse it’s probably not just a bike or rollerblades that you seek but all of life’s adventures! Love the bike drawing. Keep writing, sweet one!
